MISSION STATEMENT
To provide a safe and positive learning environment for every player. To properly teach the fundamentals and rules of football, while fostering team play and good sportsmanship. To serve as mentors reinforcing fundamental values, good work ethics, commitment, and self-responsibility for our youth as they develop into productive members of our community.
CHARACTER
Giving our players the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual in all aspects of their lives.
SPORTSMANSHIP
Giving our players the ability to display fair and generous behavior or treatment of others on and off the field.
SELF-CONFIDENCE
Helping them gain a feeling of trust in each of their abilities, qualities, and judgment.
RESPONSIBILITY
Helping our players be accountable for their actions, the ability to act independently and make educated decisions
DIVERSITY
Giving players the opportunity to work with individuals outside of their current social circles, school districts and economic backgrounds.
TEAMWORK
We are working together to respect the individual and team as a whole, building trust and care for each other.
